July Goals

Y'all... the year is half way over. Does that blow your mind as much as it does mine? It's crazy how fast time seems to go. I swear I was just crying about snow, like, last week. But anyway, happy July!! Now for some good ole goal setting.

+ Stop chewing my fingers. This was a goal a couple months ago, and I do think I've made progress as far as nail care goes. But I'm noticing my bad habit starting to come back, so I want to take another month to really focus on stopping it before it gets way too out of hand again. (Lol, was that punny?!)

+ Do something new. It's kinda vague, which is typically discouraged when it comes to goal setting, but I'm letting it slide this time. Bryan and I have actually already started planning to do something new this month, so as long as our plans follow through I should be able to accomplish this.

+ Continue to make time for me. Another repeated goal, but I feel like I'm moving in the right direction after last month, and I don't want it to stop. Just because I've made good progress, it doesn't mean I should just stop making my happiness a priority. So I want to continue to focus on carving out time for myself, and hopefully indulging in my hobbies will eventually become second nature. Because I can't preach it enough, y'all: It is so incredibly important to nurture your soul!
