March Goals

The first of the spring months is here! Hello, March! Even though you wouldn't know it because there's still disgusting snow all over the place. I'm ready for it all to melt; I am not made for this environment. Anyway, goals for this month:

+ Stop chewing/peeling/picking at my nails. Back in, like, middle school I broke my awful habit of biting my nails, but I still destroy my cuticles. (Is this too much information by the way?) Anyway, even though my nails grow and look decent, all the skin around my nails just looks terrible. So this month I want to make a very conscious effort to stop screwing with my cuticles. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so here goes it.

+ Practice yoga at least three times a week. Last month I worked hard to drink more water in an effort to be healthier. This month I want to take it a step further and start being active again. I started doing yoga during my sophomore year of undergrad and loved it, so I want to get back into it. It's relaxing, yet it still gives you a workout. And since I can easily do it in the comfort of my apartment, I know this is a goal I'm totally capable of accomplishing as long as I remain focused.

And that's it... Just two goals for this month because I know getting myself to do yoga is going to take a lot effort, and taking care of my nails I know will take a lot of determination. I also want to focus on some various goals from January and February to make sure I'm continuing them. So this month is a little less intense.

Spring is coming!
