Was blind, but now I see.

Because I know all of you were so curious about what I did about my glasses dilemma that I mentioned in this post, I'll have you know that I got a new pair. This pretty little Kate Spade frame was calling my name when I went in for my yearly eye appointment, so obviously I bought them even though I was still getting over the loss of my Coach frame. Out with the old, in with the new I suppose. And there a couple great things about this frame, too.
~ For one, my lenses basically fit in them, so the shape isn't much different from what I had. And that's a big deal for me. I don't think I have the most "glasses friendly" face, so finding an almost identical to what I had frame was totally God looking out for me. He didn't want me looking like a fruitcake any more than I did.
~ Two, they aren't decorative with a whole bunch of crap all over them. I swear y'all have no idea how hard it is to find a plain, simple, go-with-everything frame. I don't know what glasses designers are thinking nowadays, but I do NOT want a whole bunch of froo-froo on my glasses.
~ Three, but I don't mind some froo-froo on the inside of my glasses. The whole nautical flag-esque pattern is right up my alley.
~ And four, my new case is perfect. My old one never closed just right, but the new Kate Spade case is plenty big enough, and the blue and green color combo is super beachy. And we all know how much I love the beach.

And sorry about having so many Instagram pictures lately. I haven't really had any big camera worthy moments going on, and since I got my iPhone back in March I'm totally satisfied with cell phone pictures.
